Public Safety and Education

The opioid crisis is devastating families, and has impacted mine. That's why I co-founded the Taunton Opioid and Substance Use Task Force. Expanding access to treatment, and early prevention will be top priorities for me. I’ll fight for a fair share of education dollars from Boston, affordable childcare, vocational technical education, and debt-free higher education for local students.

Small Businesses and Housing

I’ll work to secure grants, low-interest loans, and technical assistance for local entrepreneurs who start or grow businesses. As housing prices skyrocket, long time families are being displaced, and young people can’t afford to live in the towns they grew up in. We need to expand the first time homebuyers program, and help families with down-payment assistance. ​

Immigration, Transparency, and Accountability

Our communities are not capable of handling the current surge in migration, but Boston can. We have to ensure public safety while helping these families support themselves and contribute to the economy. To restore trust in our legislature, I’ll fight for common-sense rules to give you greater access, reduce the power of special interests, and eliminate backroom deals.

Mental Health, Veterans, and Seniors

The stigma and shame of seeking help is destroying families. We have to hold insurance companies accountable for out of control costs of counseling and therapy, and ensure residents have access to these critical services. I’ll fight to improve services like homecare and meals programs, and support towns in lowering property taxes for Seniors and Veterans.
