A note from Barry
As campaign season ramps up, you might notice that there are a few things I won't be doing that most other candidates probably will be doing. I won't be selling tickets to fundraisers or asking for campaign contributions. As a social worker for the Department of Mental Health, I am prohibited by law from soliciting or accepting campaign and political donations. Even for my own campaign. What I can do is let you know that I have a great campaign committee who can help you with contributions if you are so motivated. You can find everything you need to know on our Facebook page and on the campaign website. In the end, fundraising is not what this campaign is all about. I want to continue connecting with people across the district, to listen to their hopes and concerns, and to share my thoughts about how we can work together for a safe, prosperous and healthy community that works for everyone.
